This is the portfolio review I was looking for. Clean, straight to the projects, contact fill-out on the bottom scroll, and I like the photos you integrated *along side* your explanation text in your projects (instead of a huge text block that no hiring manager is gonna read.) looked great dude!

Started my new journey of becoming a UI designer this year. Really helpful to your advice and tips to create and showcase an effective portfolio. Wanted to ask for projects how much should we have on their and what type of projects?
How has it gone since being In this journey?. I’m currently a nurse but leaving healthcare due to poor management and bad caseloads and long hours. I’m struggling to enter UI design as I don’t know where to actually start. I love designing and I’ve made websites via Wix and used UI tools from that website and my interest started. It’s a struggle to break into TECH when all you’ve ever known and studied is nursing and health based studies

Hey! The work you put doesn't need to be a full start to finish project. I recommend finding a specific part of a project or case study and presenting that

Yes! I am learning a little bit of code but I actually do none of it during my daily job. It does help to have some knowledge about it though

Man, I’ve been job searching for 8 months post graduation. I’ve applied to 400+ jobs and haven’t even got a single bit of interest. It’s very discouraging but if I compare my portfolio to yours. Mine pretty much sucks….

@@sachac why would the hospital have you build a complex app for them without being hired by them? How were you given the opportunity to build these projects with no experience or job? That's the question.
