    I have a 2010 S80, currently 95k miles. Still drives like new. Never had any issue with it in all these years. Solidly built.

    The 3.2 is an excellent sounding motor. I love it in the xc90 when you first take off it has the first gear whine then once it shifts you can hear the growl of the car and it just sounds amazing. I'm hoping to get an xc90 I honestly don't care for features or any of that shit.

    I'm probably going to get the 2010 S80 with the exact same equipment as this as my first car. Someone is selling it used for pretty cheap :)

      Don't buy it! When ever its cold the gears shift gets stuck in park

      LGwasherFan I have 2010 s80 2.5 turbo which has 100000 km on it. The fans, engine mount, horn, low control arm have all been replaced. The steering make noise too. The parts are quite expensive. If you can get a good mechanic who allow you to get your own OEM part or be able to get you OEM part, you can buy it. But make sure the transmission is traditional 6 speed automatic, not DCT. Also test drive it in rush hours until the Transmission is completely warm, then put it from any gear to Drive to see whether there is a Huge clunk. If you gonna buy it during winter, do the test drive in the freezing morning. Here is the thing, volvo computer allow transmission to do a little bit slip by not fully lock the torque converter when the temperature is below freezing point. But it should only result in a little bit higher rpm while shifting, not a harsh shift like being kicked. If the transmission cluck when put into Drive after the transmission fully warm up, or Transmission shift horribly when it’s cold, stay away from it. After you buy it, if it’s a 5 cylinder, change the time belt. Flush all the fluid including transmission fluid and power steering fluid. Don’t trust BS life time fluid. LGwasherFan

    holy shit NA overcharges the prices of cars. 240 000 kilometers 09 , regular gas? if diesel maybe I would accept the milage but 7791 dollars? lol, here in sweden you could get the same for 6500, easy

    • @Jakeman21642

      I live in an area where cars are fairly expensive but I can promise you whoever bought it didn't pay the price on the windshield (cars this cheap are usually cash deals that go for way less). Also the USDM doesn't get diesel S80s or really any diesel modern Volvos.

    • @InFlamesFreeFall
      @InFlamesFreeFall 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      I guess. I just thought that as a high number. Really? Diesel is pretty much the norm on "new" 2011-2014 volvos here.

      Meanwhile you will not see anything with a diesel engine or manual transmission from Volvo where I work.

      Jakeman21642 Yeah it's weird. I've read somewhere that like 70-80% of cars on the american Market is automatic. Are you not taught manual or automatic is standard at driving schools?
