Protein is a big subject in the world of nutrition, and everyone has different claims. The science is pretty clear however, and there's no doubt about it - fruit has plenty of protein and there are no dangers associated with eating a raw vegan, fruit based diet. The question though, is whether or not the amount of protein in such a diet is sufficient for peak performance and optimal health.
In other words - can we THRIVE on just fruit?
After several years of eating a high fruit diet, I've learned some new information and now I am ready to share it with you guys!
