I think it could be from the Revit file. You may need to define the spaces before exporting into an IFC model

hi ,I am a primary user of dialux, I describe u so long time, I never comment , but right now i met a issue for consulting you. When I use Revit build a 3d modeling and output IFC file, I use other 3d application (BIMvision, sketch up), did not show me any problem about IFC file, but dialux when I input in dialux, it can show the wall information to me, turn a word, it did not input wall information.

Following your video, your iIFC information just include curtain wall, the wall is not standard wall, i will follow your video to get a result about my issue.

Thanks for your video, it solve my problem, i changed the wall properties to curtain wall , right now dialux can recognize the wall , thank you again.

Export IFC to 3ds and then calculated in 12.0 dialux ... everything turned black. Any solution @NelcaRoco
