I think Gentiana was the little girl in this scene she promised Luna to let Notics know about her feelings. That would make this scene even more powerfull.
Deep down, Luna is just like any other girl too.. She thinks about boys, and dates, and being with the person she loves.. It isn't her fault she and Noct didn't have much time together...
This scene is so damn forced. Oh a little girl came out of nowhere and ask him if he was excited to marry his love one. Like in what situation is this even realistic.
Lets be honest their love was already written by their fate, even if they didnt want to their kingdoms would have expect it. My personal choice would be prompto to be Notics love but i could accept Notics and Luna anyways.

They force a lot of scenes, and most of the things make no sense... 7 and 8 are much much better that this.
