When i use same wifi its working and all camera are showing but if i use mobile network it says you must be on same LAN and all cameras goes offline when i use mobile data.. please help

It's just to give us an indication on how to properly set up Hik-Connect so that Live video can be watched on the mobile. We need to see how it is installed, not your account details. Make a tutorial that shows start to finish, how to set it and watch Live video. Otherwise, it is pointless.
