Beautiful castle chateau. Saw another explore from 11 months ago. Sadly in between them and you the place has been destroyed. So many things missing / stolen especially paintings and African artifacts. Some furniture and other things are placed in other areas. Thank you for your explore.
Thanks so much for the kind words! I’m really happy you got to see the video. It was an amazing location, and I’m glad I could help you out with it during your trip :)
Wow! this explore was very different. the Arched dining space is unique for sure. If these walls could talk, I could imagine how many lives passed through this place. Such old furniture may have been there already, and the last family added their touches for sure. Perhaps these last occupants were from Sudan? They are a beautiful family. The remnants of the hospital bed remind me of my own mother. I cared for her in the last days of her precious life. she passed a year ago and seriously I had to call every single day to ask the company to pick up her equipment They came and picked it up a few weeks ago! Her insurance was paying for it. Some people just pay out of pocket for special beds and such to make life easier for the patient. Perhaps they owned this bed. What I do know is that this seem to be a large family with yes, a royal bathroom! I seen one other bathroom in a castle a while back what a view for doing your business in. Royal indeed! And Remon the critters had their eye on you today are should I say the spider had all 8 eyes on you he was a big one your reaction was proper indeed. Just another day at work for you and Maurano we appreciate what you do to preserve the history of these awesome places. Meanwhile I'm going to watch this one again great explore and in France BRAVO' thankyou sincerely, Ninamosha B.
Wonderful drone shots of the castle. Remon did a great job discussing the place in the introduction. So much decay and so many beautiful things to see.
Thank you so much, Melissa! 😊 I’m glad you enjoyed the drone shots-they really show the castle’s grandeur and isolated scene from above. I'm also happy you enjoyed Remon setting the scene in the intro 🥰
Fantastic guys the drone shots in the intro were stunning. Remons intro before you explored was so good. Love this castle even with the Decay it was beautiful.
Thank you so much, Kimberly! 😊 I’m thrilled you enjoyed the drone shots-they really capture the castle’s beauty, even with all the decay. Remon’s intro truly set the mood perfectly, didn’t it? This castle had such a unique charm, and I’m so glad you could appreciate its beauty along with us! ❤
Excellent gentlemen. Truly some fan-freaking-tastic furniture in this place! The decorations and paintings of the walls were exceptional. It would be interesting to know what happened to the family. Thank you for the grand adventure. Cheers. ❤
Thank you so much for your kind words, Crystal! 😊 It truly was a one-of-a-kind place, and the intricate furniture and unique African artifacts made it feel so special. The story behind the family and why it was abandoned remains a mystery, which only adds to the allure of these explorations. I'm so glad you enjoyed coming along on this adventure with us. Cheers to more discoveries! ❤
Gracias, Lia! Me alegra mucho que te interese el video. Estamos emocionados de que lo veas, ¡esperamos que te guste! Saludos a ti también y gracias por el apoyo con los 👍👍👍. ¡Nos vemos pronto!
Here's a lot of info on the family. The Lindeques, a South African family, own the Château de Montflour in France. The castle is partially registered as a historical monument. Some say the castle is a unique and memorable place to stay, with eclectic decor, luxurious bathrooms, and home-made food. (Old info, not inhabited since the late 90s)
What a wonderful chateau. I wondered who owned it and why they left. So many things left behind it was sad to see. I really liked all the art and the wallpapers. I am also sad to read here that it has been destroyed, such a pity. Many thanks for the tour.
Hey hey, dear Maureno, this was again an exceptional and unique explore adventure in that very remote hidden castle. And - as usual - a wonderfully formulated introduction, which I enjoyed so much listening to. - Some of the rooms had such an unique time capsule vibe with all the beautiful antique furniture and a lot of interesting old items. Very interesting to see were these African artefacts. So fascinating! Very exciting to follow you and Remon in mind through the different rooms, and every room revealing new surprises! - Awesome explore, bro, which was highly enjoyable to watch! Stay safe, take care, peace and kindest regards from Switzerland.
Fab Job, thank you...a word of info, Copper actually has a reddish color and brass has a yellowish color, so what you state is copper is actually brass, like the chandelier on the table
Hello yo my favorite guy’s ! Hope your both going well. As always everything you show is specially wonderful. The place is a Wonder. I wonder where they went. So many things left behind. So wonderful to see you both. 😊 love from Arizona
Hi Charlotte, it’s always so lovely to hear from you! 😊 We’re both doing great, thank you, and we hope all is well with you too. This place really is something special, isn’t it? The mystery of all the things left behind makes it even more intriguing-we wonder the same about where the family went. Thank you so much for your kind words and support. Sending lots of love back to beautiful Arizona! ❤️ Warm wishes, Maureno & the team
Wow😮. Really special Castle. A lot of nice furniture and interesting details around but now some parts decayed and made this place not good for some people home❤😊👍. One question: Are you not scared of stay in one big old Castle?
Thank you, Georgina! 😊 It truly is a special castle, with so many fascinating details and treasures left behind. As for being scared-honestly, we’re more curious and intrigued than anything else. Exploring places like this feels like stepping back in time, almost like a form of time travel. It’s such a unique experience, and I think everyone should try it at least once to feel that magic! The only thing I do get a little nervous about is running into an angry neighbor or the owner-now *that’s* a scare I’d rather avoid, haha! 😂
Interesting to see African home in Europe , I wonder what happened to them make them leave beautiful homes and never return , love the antique decoration around the house, thank you for sharing
the very small plaque in the bedroom is not Mother Mary; it's St. Teresa of Liseux... Called "The Little Flower." When you see holy pictures and the lady is holding a bunch of roses, it is almost certainly St. Teresa.
30:11 *This instrument is something similar to a flute but is used for singing and playing along with Bosnian folk music in some parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is a very old piece. I would like to buy it if you have it. Greetings from Bosnia and Herzegovina. I am glad to see it. You surprised me.*
'Sometimes you know everything and other times you know nothing '!!! 😅😅😅 I think that long thing is a bong. You guys should close the windows no?!! Thanks for showing!!!
It would do you a HUGE justice if you were to read up on the history of the French, European and other countries as well as checking with the town library, city hall records you'd be surprised at the history you might find!
Wow oh wow! Great explore guys! Amazing things left behind. So sad no one cares about this home or its contents. The huge amount of nuts in their shells under the big kitchen chimney probably means animals are calling this place home, and entering and exiting through the chimney.
Brilliant!…. As always! … and respectful, and well edited, and empathetic, and I hope you already know your all of that! You stand out among a lot of ….. well rubbish! We gotta get that algorithm back in your favour. You’re so good at what you do ! 😊😊😊

Hey Pauly! No worries at all, I totally understand. If you miss the live chat, just catch up whenever you’re free. I appreciate you tuning in either way!
Muchas gracias, Marietta!
Thank you so much! ❤ We’re glad you enjoyed the video. It truly is a special place, and we’re excited to share it with you. Stay tuned for more unique explorations!
Hi Kim, we explored this incredible place about 1.5 years ago. Just out of curiosity, which agent did you reach out to? Is this castle actually for sale now? That would be amazing to know! Looking forward to hearing more-such a unique place deserves a great story to continue. 😊
Really beautiful exploration. The only thing is I don't think per se that it was a African family that owned it. I think it might have been a white family and she might have been the maid and was allowed to have some of her family come with her cuz they have done that in the past in history and as far as the bed that's in that one room. Yeah the person might have gotten sick and obviously the hospital must have came to get whoever was sick and that's probably where The black lady's boss. And that's why it's vacant today cuz she was not able to keep up with it. Possibly that's just my opinion. I could be totally wrong but I see a lot of artifacts from Africa but they could have been traveling there and that's where they got this lady. Who knows? Just saying but thanks again for the exploration. Kind of cool

O vídeo dá a entender que houve africanos morando ali. Não é bem assim. Se fossem africanos teriam feito tanta bagunça, tanta batucada dia e noite para incomodar a vizinhança que essa construção teria sido incendiada.

Probably from a military attache from Gabon. Tribal art Galao and Punu from Gabon! Leatherbag touareg.
Lindo demais
The seaturtle shells were tortoises. One of the hinge back species from Southern Africa. The snake skin bag looks like African rock python.

Hello, this little castle belongs to a former Army officer who was married to an African women
and I think that ornate piece from Bosnia is a traditional smoking pipe
Frances black nobility is well white washed secret... look for a video about King Louis XIV by the Kings Monologue and this will make more sense.
