Could you provide a translation of this in to English? Would this be possible by dubbing or subtitles?

English Translation (only Grant Duff part, omitted Jadunath Sarkar comments)
Interviewer: What's your opinion on Grant Duff and Jadunath Sarkar's biographies of Shivaji?
Gajanan Mehendale: While writing his biography of Shivaji, Grant Duff did not have many Marathi documents. He tried his best. He got 3-4 letters written by Shivaji. Apart from those letters, he relied on Bakhars (Ballads or anecdotal evidence). These Bakhars are written after Shivaji's death. Only Sabhasad's (who was alive in Shivaji's times) Bakhar is written in the years more closer to Shivaji's death. But other authors wrote their Bakhars around 1750s which was much later. Those are not reliable. They have lot of mistakes. And Grant Duff had no other sources, so he had to rely on them. He did not write against Shivaji or Marathas to show them in a bad light. He wrote what he got, what he understood.
