I only can use it on the ground without fixation on cockpit in this moment. Could I use both properly on the ground?. The second is about compatibility with thrustmaster ts-pc. Should I buy a new wire or connection in both cases?
They both have a few rubber pads on the bottom, but neither one would have any advantage compared to the other. I think it comes down to the type of floor that you have and your preferred brake force. If you use it with wheelbase from a different brand, I think you'll need an RJ12-USB adapter to connect it to PC directly.
The big problem is that if you push on them hard, they are going to push you back. You’ll need to strap your chair down too if your brakes are securely on the ground.
Thanks for the comparison! Do you think the upgrade from old csl elite with LC to the V3s is worth it? How is the brake feel in comparison? Are the vibration motors a huge benefit? (I mostly play ACC)
I really like being able to engage the brake right from the start, so to me Clubsport V3 has the better feel. However I do miss being able to set the pedals further apart. With the spacing on V3, I have to twist my body a bit for left-foot braking, and sometimes it gives me a bit of lower back pain... So again it comes down to what you care about the most. The motors are definitely helpful, which i forgot to mention. They notify you when ABS kicks in and when you approach rev limit.
Great video, really enjoyed it!
