I DID THE SAME MY LITTLE POTATOES... I KEPT 2 PUPS FROM MY MAI BECAUSE SHE WAS SO SPECIAL AND HAD THE 7 PUPS TRAINED AT 3 THREE WEEKS OLD .... THE BEST DOGS EVER...
As much as I wanted a lab, my girlfriend wanted a pitbull. I'm tempted to try and teach him to be a duck dog.
As long as he can swim, he can be taught to retrieve. Lol

I won't hunt unless there is a dog involved. I started watching your channel because of Rocky's being a part of your videos. Looking to watching him bond with the pup and that first hunt.
I'm going to follow this as I just got my first black lab, I cat afford professional training so I gotta do it myself. I watched the last one you did with your first dog rocky. Thanks for the great information!

My wife and I just decided today to get a lab next. We have a breeder back home (Virginia) that will have chocolates in November. I am glad you started this series I’ll be following along. I wanna get into the field trials too since my son who is 6 now can learn and grow in the sport too. 🤙🏼 I don’t have the money for that Cornerstone training thing so hopefully TH-cam will come in for the win 😂 I’ll be out of the Army soon with a MEB so I’ll have 💯 time to focus on training
Miss the puppy stage, but I do not miss the sharp claws and biting

Just put my deposit on my first bird dog. I’ve obedience trained a Malinois and helped with a duck dog. So excited to watch this as I prep for this journey. Hoping my Malinois takes her in fast so I don’t have to keep them segregated forever.

I have a pure bred golden retriever and he’s about 2 years old. Is it too late to train him to hunt?
I'm trying to train my 3 year old bloodhound to retrieve but he won't play or bite any tips anything helps
any tips on how to train a 2 year old lab that has never hunted before?
I haven’t done that but if it was me I’d follow the same steps like it’s a new young pup
