It’s good to have a professional by your side for reassurance. Around the 8 minute mark when she was being so hesitant to get in the water after the bumper I would have been in a PANIC. Having a pro beside you offering that reassurance can bring the confidence right back!

Nice. We also do play time retrieves parallel to a shoreline with our pups gradually working out from a zero entry. Really helps their confidence in making water retrieves as they grow.

We had a small decorative pond in the back yard. I brought my dog thunder who’s now 9 home when he was pup (just got him) 8 wks old he dove in with ice still in and started swimming laps on his own 😂 he loved it. I was shocked

Love all on that dog and praise her really good when she does good and it’ll boost her moral. I mean full on grab her and rub her head, kiss her on the head and just hug her. That’s what I do with our little girl and she loves it and is ready to do it again instantly.
