Looking for Something to Do in Shangrao | Jiangxi Shangrao 江西上饶

Let's say you've been living in a lower tier city for a while now, you've gotten into certain habits and you're looking to do something new. What actually is out there to do in the city?
My recommendation would be to make as many friends as you can.
Try going out to museums, tourist spots, escape rooms, internet cafe's. Learn how to play cards and Majiang, once you have friends the opportunities in the city really open up, regardless of where you are.
I think it can be a little hard to find certain things you might be used to in bigger cities, but try to connect with the people more and don't let the language be a barrier.
