Nice, check out 10:46 as well, one+two+one+rear hook while stepping southpaw far to the opponents outside, followed by a right rear leg kick. He’s really not switching to southpaw but stepping over deep enough to where he’s orthodox again but i thought I would explain it like that; you’ll see what I mean when you watch it 👍👌

Maybe just a quick overview before they spar.. and then a longer "hangout" after the spar, just let them talk about the session for a good 5-10 min. That's what I imagine in my head can't think of any specific questions though.
Man these spar wars are freakin sikkk. These guys are absolute beasts, I think ive started to enjoy watching this type of sparring rather than the actual fights 😁

I love how they change their styles depending on their opponent especially in 2nd round the guy with white shorts was much softer than the one with ammari real professionals pleasure for eyes !!!!

Bendons awareness and ring I.Q is fucking ridiculous! Nothing flashy or fancy. Just the most solid foundations of basics that are so effective. Goes back to the famous Bruce Lee quote I suppose... "“I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.”

there are some legit highly skilled guys in this gym.
If bendon didnt retire from thai when he did hed most likely be going toe to toe with the biggest names by now. Too much talent. Hopefully he comes back as hes still young and got time

the one in hthe gray-black shorts is the best there. very playful like thai style. every punch or kick is controlled with just enough sting.

I have a question. For me are the Twins Boxing gloves are too small in the inside for my hand.
Can you give me a tip which boxing gloves are not so small?
My current ones are from Venum
Windy gloves are quite big also the fairtex bgv9 mexican style, Sandee as well.
Thanks for another great video. I'm in Liverpool so are gyms opened up again on Wednesday still no sparring tho. But me mate took his gloves and shinnys home with him so me and him are gonna meet up and spar somewhere. 👍 ✌

hes a former professional boxer, hes new to kickboxing/muay thai so sparring with these guys will take some getting use to the difference in footwork stance etc is probably quite confusing

pretty standard to use 16oz gloves

yes they make it very interesting, Bendon is one of the originals when i first started the spar wars idea. hopefully you will see some more of Bendon in these sessions

Dude in brown t-shirt is sharp as hell, but little too little control for my taste. Looked like he went 100% on his sparring's head often times without full control.
