Yes it is covered to Kawazu.
Take the Odoriko Express Train from Shinagawa Station to Kawazu
Tokyo Wide Pass covers Yamanote line and other JR lines

Yes, you can in mainline but can't fully utilize it since local lines to go around are not JR. Better get the Odakyu Free Pass thats covers Enoshima-Kamakura.
