Moving is absolutely vital for me or I am in a lot of pain plus it keeps my heart ticking. Your variety of workouts keep me interested and motivated and give me something extra to do in the afternoons :)

Yes ! I feel amazing. There are muscles worked in this video that many times don't get touched in regular ab workouts. My obliques will never be the same and they're saying "Its about time you paid that much attention to us instead of focusing so much on those Transverse Abdominis, were important to ya know!" Nice workout !!! Sharing ....
I usually avoid Core workouts because I really dislike them! This was a great routine and I liked being able to stand up, it all felt very doable and good for my back and body. Thank you!

Wow you weren't kidding when you said "I said it was standing abs I didn't say it was easy. Short workout but the intensity was a 10. I followed it with 20 minutes of Pranayama yoga which it felt good to just sit and breathe.

May I ask: For me, this workout is achievable and beneficial; however keeping my belly in all the time is challengeable. Any tip ? can I wear a sweat belt or a belt or both tightly around my middle? Thx.
Good job Robert, if you find it challenging that means you are doing it correctly! Be kind to yourself and allow time to get stronger, it will become easier! A belt would not be necessary or helpful in this case because you are training your core to maintain that contraction. My advice is to take a few breaks with some deep breaths and allow your belly to relax. Hope that helps!

Calorie burn is different for everyone. If you google "calorie calculator" you can put in your stats and get a general idea of your calories burned.
