I did some cheese steak sandwiches recently from Ribeye steaks and ended up with a TON of seasoned left over cheese steak fixings so I made a cheese steak scramble with it the next morning on the camp chef. It was freaking amazing!! and of course had some bacon and hash browns with it. That might be a video idea for you.
I gotta say video equipment falling over had me laughing 😂... Real life right there! TH-camr problems! Glad you left that in and the breakfast...I was starting this morning...made my tummy rumble!!
Looked fantastic. My focus was glued to the Seasoned salt though, waiting for that plastic container to crumble under the heat because it was so close to the griddle. It didn't and you didn't scream either when you picked it up, so I guess the wind was in your favor there.

Dude you need to build a brace at the base of your tripods. Square it to fit and maybe place clip on the brace to the tripod. So it would hold it in place. Two clips will be placed on either side. As for the square a simple piece of wood would be cut to fit one side the connect 4 ways to form square⬛ base at your tripod. After use just hang it on the wall somewhere. If not maybe you could get an idea. Dude that equipment looks expensive so just thought to give you an idea. Merry Christmas🎄 2021.

I see you have something closing down the grease management hole. Did you make it yourself or buy it somewhere. Looks like it would be VERY helpful while cooking up big helpings of fried rice.

For tonight it's gonna be Indonesian Saté from the best Saté restaurant in my town. I make sure I'll have it by 21.00 o'clock. So I can eat it while watching the F1 race in Texas. It's evening here when the race starts. EXITING.

Because Indonesia was a Dutch Colonie until the 1950s and after the Indonesia got out of that, a lot of Indonesians moved to the Netherlands and they brought their delicious recipes with them. I hab an aunt who was.born om Indonesia and she fled with her parents and siblings to the Netherlands. At every birthday in her family, we were always welcome and they would prepare numerous yummy dishes from Indonesia. They taught my parents the fine art and my parents taught me. Now I can make it myself, but we have this small Indonesian Saté restaurant family run, and they make it so much better than I do 😉. Tonight I didn't wanna cook myself. I bought a mix today, 6 different meat skewers and very tasty peanut sauce. I already had 2. The rest I will eat once the F1 race begins. Mnomnomnomnom
