They just want to see hard working weed smokers fail in life! If you can't prove that you were under the influence while at work or whenever then it's all BS! These tests should be like the alcohol tests! It should only show up while you're under the influence. I can understand employers not wanting people to be high at work, but don't try to tell people what to do at home! It's stupid that the only thing you can get away with is drinking! I'd rather be around someone smoking than drinking any day. I'm not putting down people who drink. I do it occasionally. I'm just saying if I had a choice I'd rather hang around a smoker. I've had some bad experiences around heavy drinkers. Not all drinkers are violent-mean people but some are. Yes, there are bad people who smoke but they had a bad personality to begin with & I wouldn't be hanging around them anyway.

Crystal Angel I was having that very opinion on this topic with my sister,just yesterday! I am waiting to take a whiz quiz for a new job opportunity n I'm sweating bullets. I haven't smoked in bout 2 weeks,give or take. But my agreement with you is I don't think it's anyone's biz on what the Hell I do in my own home,on my own time as long as I'm not tore down at the job. I am a recovering alcoholic and would rather smoke Cannabis or be around people on Cannabis as well. I hate being around drunk people now that I am sober and when asked I have been told what a tool I was when I was drunk 20 hours a day was even worse than what I now see folks acting like. I never crashed a car high on pot,never got overly aggressive or violent smoking bud,or acted like a complete obnoxious asshole yet weed is illegal. I think they got it backwards. Booze should be banned and weed allowed to flow freely. So,I been on the fluid/abstinence train till I whiz for the Co.as I am a tad over weight and know THC is stored in fat cells. I also have Serto and Gator aid on stand by n plan hitting the dollar store for practice whiz quiz'. I been smoking well over 30 years so I AM trippin a bit but know for fact that if and when I pass I'm smoking a joint the size of a jumbo 747 airplane DIRECTLY after. Have a good one.

i left some wax in my wallet that made my id smell like dank weed. I was clean but it was obvious to the clerk and collector weed was in the air. even though i'd taken out the wax months ago, the heat and smashing made everything in my wallet smell. so funny.... ever been nervous even though you knew you were clean? hahaha smelling that made me sweat and shake a lil.

I had a co worker test positive for weed recently and it was exactly like this step by step blue dye in the toilet and sealed up taps his donor was tested with 7 panel multiple drugs thing. Suspended on the spot he'd only been with the company a few weeks as well.
