To do it without a flyer (crazy btw) start at the top and drop to each lower level. The hard part will be getting that landing point established. But just be willing to use materials to establish temporary landing points to the side that you will destroy.
However, take the time to tame a tapejara and you will have time to get this done and mow your real life yard.

I live on a beach, I have a percer and with a percer you can get a saddle that’s called a platform saddle a platform saddle makes it able for you to build on the Animal, I builed on mine and it looks like a dinosaur trailer 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣, and when your on the percer enemy’s wont really bother you,It will kill a dilo in one hit because when I got a male dilo I was gonna whistle for him and the percer I was about to tame after I called hi m
After I called for him he killed my dilo 🤣
In my opinion, I have no idea why anybody would destroy a ramp in PvP. It's only helpful since unless it's under lock and key it's just like a bridge; anybody can use it to get to a place that's hard to get to. The only person who would destroy a ramp like that would be somebody dumb or a complete @$$hole.
BTW, super helpful. Thanks so much! I had a giant parade of dinos walking along the beach in the arctic and ran out of coast with a giant, unbreakable ice cliff in my way. I was too lazy to go back and tried to build a ramp and utterly failed. I appreciate this so much!
If i needed to make a high cliff ramp without flyers or tek i would use a thyla or megalania, or rockdrake if on Aberration. Grappling helps too. Another thing about ramp building is that where you start and the angle of your foundations can affect where the ramp ends, reguardless if you start on the top or bottom, this is especially important if you want to turn your ramp part way down.

Oh my god, I just built a big ramp not that long ago and had to have a friend help me out on how to build one. I was raging so hard because I couldn't frickin get it. Finally got it about an hour and a half later XD
Few things can turn a person into a raging lunatic like building in ark, lol. Things like ramps can be some of the worst too.
Does this still work? I'm on Xbox and i can only get so far down until it just keeps saying I have no snap point even tho I'm doing the pillar and ceiling thing.

Made first home on beach. I moved to a cliff cuz bigger meaner things took over my spot. Trying to make a ramp down to my home so I could try to get my things out. My ramps stopped almost halfway xd

Is working in mobile?
I saw an old video where they built a bridge to carno island in a similar way. They built a foundation on the sea floor out of ceilings and pillars and the bridge floated just above the water. I wonder if it still works but I don't think I would bother trying, lol.
Don't know if your on PC or console but in survival this will not work in any way it takes hundreds of pillars and roof tops you can hover in the air in survival and build so every place you set pillars and tops you need scaffolding to reach them it's a pain in the ass
Being a "pain in the ass" does not mean it wont work.
