Never made it through with no damage, but the first time I played this, some kind of glitch made one quarter give me twenty or so lives. Needless to say, I was at the game a looooooong time.

I remember my mom giving me $20 worth of tokens and playing this game all afternoon with so many other people. Even grown men were lining up to play it. Fuck! I miss arcades, man.
$20, holy shit. Part of the reason I got so good at arcade games is because my mother would only give me a dollar or two and I had to make it last all day.

Enough with the cranky old man rant, Sterling Marsh! Also, this game just so happens to be available for the PS3, PS4/Pro, Xbox 360, and Xbox One/S/X, so your claims are invalid.
It was so nice when you could pop a game in and play straight through and it with no expectations of micro transactions or software updates to unlock anything or even play the full game.
I understand the concept of video games and how bosses can take more hits. But it still cracks me up when you have characters like Wolverine using his sharp, unbreakable claws that can cut through metal doors against a boss with no super strength or special invulnerability powers and it still takes a dozen hits to kill the guy when one slash should end it.
I can defeat them all easily on any difficulty with storm and not even have to use mutant power. But only with Storm. She's got the reach and the most solid hits.
He had a history with Wolverine. He was the villain in the Hulk comic that Wolverine debuted in, and also showed up in several X-Men issues to continue that storyline.

He’s used them in Wolverine and the X-Men (or planned to use them after Genosha was attacked, idr which one off the top of my head).
