In man's size they were a bit big so me, normally 7 or 7.5 depending on the shoe companies sizing chart... somewhere in the video I think I used a measuring tape. They are absolutely amazing to walk in when the top BOA is loose. They are for extreme cold though and don't work without the liner since the size increases, also the liner would probably adjust to your feet after wearing them for a while, so I think you have to try it for yourself and if it doesn't work send it back. I'm looking at one of the other models Mammut has, will do a video after I purchase them. Knowing that the smallest size is 7.5 (mens)they may be big for me why I haven't brought the other ones yet
Not a big believer in the built-in gaiter system they're known to fall apart/rip/fail before the rest of the boot does however good luck with them🍻
