The mad man actually went ahead and made a triple (!) goodyear welt on the boots! At this point these soles are probably capable of withstanding a small scale nuclear explosion.
yeah, i saw him sewing that midsole and knew, right there, that the madlad is going to sew the sole again. Hes quite fast at hand sewing tho.
This is not a Goodyear welt boot.
is "just" a stitchdown construction
Okay now that you nerds made me learn the difference between a goodyear welt and a stitchdown I am even more impressed by the skill and dedication of this craftsman. Can't imagine the price on these, they are probably going to cost more than an entry level car :)

Что то подобное...много лет назад было у меня туристические чехословацкие ! Тогда ботинки...класс...носил много лет с удовольствием и рука не поднималась выбросить...нет не правильно- не то что не поднималась...а просто качественная вещь носиться до самого конца.. когда уже и ремонт невозможен...

Impecable! Anyone knows why there is stitching that is over the profile of the outter sole? Doesnt it break immediately? What am I missing?

바느질하는것은 앞쪽만 속으로 떠서하고 중간부분과뒤에는 노출된부분을 짤라내는방법으로 하는것입니다 .5년후에 창갈이할때 위해서입니다 .
