It's been so many years... Your voice hasn't changed even a little... I know you might not recognise me but I have seen all your videos. I haven't commented on each but seen all of em. I am an old follower of your. You already have a lot of credibility amongst gamers, and I am a very very little part of it.

@@mikemarrz3496 Blood and Gore is a paid DLC for Rome 2, which is sickening, cynical money grabbing.
@@josephharrison8354 I have the DLC but there is not as much blood as in his videos. Especially the splatter. I've tried a few mods but none of them look this clean.

I really like the siege maps in Total War Brittannia. The city's are much more complex.

@@JuanCanuck You can create your own balancing for online. Make it a 2v3. The maps are much better and a siege is meant to be unbalanced. To make it a fair battle, add funds or extra men to the attackers.

First, I love your commentary. Secondly, to tackle the tactic vs strategy conundrum. Planning the siege with four armies and having a general idea of how to defeat the enemy is strategy, while the siege is a piece of a larger picture of conquest in the region. While in the city, tactics are used to execute on the overall strategy of defeating the enemy. Strategy is big picture. Tactics are unit manuevers to achieve an end-state. No worries from my end, you are fine...because at the end of the day.....ITS A GAME. Tell your peeps to chill. lol

Always felt like the arrow towers being able to turn on defenders was a little arcadey despite it being a good feature for tactical depth

Now, from a strategy POV, they took way too long pouring into the city. And the defenders even left so many space for them! The attackers were overcautious and the defenders used the terrain and the clock to their advantage massively. Great battle though!

There's been a flank going on by the attackers on the minimap if I'm not mistaken. Epirus (or Iceni chariots) in the city center for a bit before the far safeties of the defenders come to aid. Minimap at 11:48 +
