Beautiful restoration. I'm working on a similarly styled piece but it was laminate not veneer. Got it for free from a neighbour before they moved. I have to replace the legs because it's not very stable and I've got the drawers all painted and waxed. Some small dents on the body to fix. Keeping it but it would be nice to make a profit similar to yours!😊
Thank you, and yes, laminate can be tricky. If its not in the greatest condition, in my opinion, it looks better painted. If it’s in good condition but it has a dull brown, it’s better painted too. It sounds like yours will be a fun project, I’m sure the dent repair will be easy. ☺️

It was exciting to finally score with a modern piece! There’re selling them with scratches and all for several hundreds in my area. Kind of sad since it’s not worth the time refinishing them when people pay hundreds for them like that. I wanted to scream when I saw this one and couldn’t get it in my car fast enough.

I liked the original hardware better. And you would of saved money by using it.
