    i was just wondering. if the shift itself is only 9.30am to 6.30pm, but its put in the system as 9am -7pm to allow the travel time, how will the staff know to only work 9.30am to 6.30pm ?

      Hi there! The admin team can add an instruction on the shift to advise staff of the travel time component. Staff can then review the shift on the mobile app to view the instruction prior to starting their shift. The other option is to create two additional 30 minute ‘travel’ shifts either side of the actual shift that are explicitly marked as travel time in the scheduler. Hope that helps!
