    Well the interesting thing is some of those reviewed never went to sale and that is common. For example the big tire shop did not go to sale and looks like 108 Miller didn't either. Great examples of when the taxes get paid or some alternative arrangement is made before the sale. Also just FYI, almost no one redeems, so all the talk about 25-50% penalty is mostly NOT going to happen. Sounds great, but rare anyone redeems.

    I thought redemption periods didn’t start until the deed is filed in the new owner’s name in Texas? So what you’re saying in the video about it would be incorrect. You’re the experts though, so let me know if my thinking is off

      You are correct, redemption period starts the date deed is filed or if no one buys it at auction, the county takes ownership of it and redemption period still begins when county takes ownership. They will then attempt to RESALE it and by that time redemption may have cleared.

    So when do you actually take Possesion of the Property assuming is still occupied by a Tenant or Previous owner.......???

    also they don't talk about liens against this properties may have, information with very little value

      Liens you can research in counties deeds and records.
