Nice video. FYI Salteñas means from Salta a province in Argentina not Bolivia so you were eating argentinian empanada that they sell at Marché Los Andes.

I have only had beef nihari from Sana Restaurant... I really enjoy certain dishes at this restaurant and would recommend it but I thought their nihari was comparatively weak so I don't really know aha sorry
