I just found your videos! I'm due in two weeks and I wish I found this before but am so glad I found them now! Thank you for "speaking my language" the way you explain things really makes sense to me. I need these I'm trying for my vbac 💜
What’s quite disappointing is that I paid to buy the digital pack and I’m now finding all these videos on here for free. What a shame, I could have spent the money on getting something nice for my baby girl. Wish I’d known this earlier.
These are taster / introductory videos, less than an hour in total. The digital pack is the fully comprehensive course (over 6 hours of videos) and includes a complete set of mp3s (8 in total), a course notes booklet and birth preferences template to download, an infant feeding guide and access to a private closed online community for ongoing support, advice and daily positive birth stories. All for £39. We believe the digital pack is brilliant value and hope you’ll find that too. We hope these free videos are helpful for those who can’t afford the full programme or who want to learn more about what hypnobirthing is, but they aren’t comparable in terms of the content and resources you get in the digital pack. Hope that sets your mind at rest x
