I like adding whole pieces of siling panigang to my pork binagoongan and also prefer to use Guinamos coz it’s dryer and not sweet at all. I also add a little patis hehe.

Tip sa pagprito ng talong para di magastos sa mantika: patihaya muna kc absorb nya ang mantika tapos pag ok na baliktarin na (padapa na) makikita mo ung oil na naabsorb lalabas dadami ulit.
