This is a new find for me and I keep replaying it. Love, love, love it. People, don't get stuck in a music decade's rut - there's really good stuff happening NOW.

Concerts I saw include Led Zepplin, David Bowie (Diamond Dogs and Station to Station), Alice Cooper (Welcome to my Nightmare), Queen (1st US tour at a really small venue - Santa Monica Civic Auditorium), saw Tom Petty there, too; he opened for a band called Be Bop Deluxe. Other concerts, Peter Frampton, Pink Floyd (Dark Side of the Moon and The Wall), Elton John, The Tubes, Black Oak Arkansas, Foghat, The Who. I could go on and on - concerts were really affordable back then. As was pot - $10 for a lid (70's lingo). Everyone chipped in 25 cents for gas - also very affordable. Anyway, not baiting. Honest. 😛
I feel the same way. I am so not into being stuck in oldies. Love love love new music. I always find something new to love, add to my waterproof MP3 and swim laps for days. Thanks to Hippo Campus and all the other new groups. Oh, btw. I'm 73 years young!

Reminds me so much of "For Emma" by Bon Iver, which is one of my favorite songs ever. Very driving strumming style on the verses and the slide guitar is also very reminiscent. Great track, though. An early favorite this year.
