Bhai 10 ko mera physical hai apka workout follow kar rha timing bhi acchi h approx 22.35 hai but kabhi kabhi running time mere pet ke right side me dard hone lgta h isi karan last baar SSC GD me fail ho gya tha core workout bhi kar rha 3 times in a week.
