    Thanks for this tutorial. I had my Ghost fitted last night. The guy who fit it was explaining to me how to use it but it was going in 1 ear and out the other. Getting a puncture repaired tomorrow so now I know 👌

    @carsecurity great video. Quick question can on BMW. When in service mode can the vehicle be locked via keyfob. When the service engineer then unlocks will the ghost still be in service mode. Thanks

      Locking and unlocking doesn’t affect the ghost, once the ghost is in service mode, it will only re arm the ghost when you re enter your code,
      Or drive for more then 15mins

    Thank you for this …
    So whilst the engine is on or when it’s just ignition on is when to input the valet mode ? I don’t have to press down the gas or anything like when changing code yes?

    • @CarSecurity
      @CarSecurity  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Ignition or engine, nuts as long as you’ve already entered your ghost code first. No accelerator no,
      Just enter your code
      2 flashes
      Press your valet button 5 times
      Wait for 5 flashes
      That’s now in service mode,

    Do you provide the Bluetooth fob as standard

    • @CarSecurity
      @CarSecurity  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi, no, and we don’t usually recommend it, what makes the ghost so good is that even if your keys are stolen, your cars still secure, if you have a fob, most people keep it with their keys, if the keys are Stolen, then the cars then gone! Just entering a code is the safest way, you can also pair your phone for free via Bluetooth, or the tags around £30 each to buy

    Can the sevice button be changed? If theives figure it out for the vehicle they are stealing can they just do that and bypass it?

    • @CarSecurity
      @CarSecurity  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Service mode can only be entered if the secret code has been entered first,
      So
      Your secret code
      Then service mode
