WD-40 will clean anything, its awesome. I used it to clean the outer shell of a old PC and made it look brand new. Also cleaned a 10 year old Razer keyboard and that came out great. Just squirt it onto a towel/microfiber and wipe it down with a few passes and then take a clean dry microfiber and wipe it down dry. It doesn't make it sticky or slimy it just come out clean as hell and restores plastics.

The silver layer of the bearing is for better lubrication reducing friction From what I learned.
I use one spacer in both my bikes and it’s solid I took the two spacers and made it one on each bike I used to run 3 spacers but I’m trying something new with my bikes
