Just purchased my first 2019 Mustang GT with Premium trim and an amazing red interior, cant wait to receive it. To say I'm beyond excited it an understatement :D
19mins 35secs the pricing. Interestingly If you look around online you'll find some dealers as of July 2019 even beating that price. One is selling a brand new current year 2019 Ford Mustang GT Coupe V8 listed for $28,199 with Additional fees of $799 processing fee, tax, tag fees and freight. So there you have it for $29,000 plus State Sales Tax which averages about 7% nationwide. So it's an average of $31k to drive it away. Depending on your State. That is just so crazy, such a good deal, many folks are just daft not to snap such a bargain up. Slap on a Whipple stage 2 Supercharger for $10k fully fitted in your own good time which performance wise we're told is "850 flywheel HP and 660 foot pounds of torque on 93 octane pump gas!". OK you may need a few more components to beef up the drivetrain, ie the half/drive shafts, some say to upgrade for about $1k to $1.5k a pair for higher hp ratings, and a few more things but for just over $41k maybe $42.5k total you are getting such VFM it is mind blowing. OK it is the base version with cloth seats etc, but that isn't the point, as long as the Supercharger doesn't void the warranty how could anyone not be happy with that package. I would be, wouldn't want much else. Though with some folks it's the deal they CAN have is the deal they don't want. Strange how some take for granted what is on offer were they to look around. As much as I like the new 2020 C8 Corvette Stingray, with the Z51 performance package and peripheral costs and state sales tax the average national on the road price is about $70k. Some states will be less some above that figure. The C8 is an Industry changing vehicle, car history in the making, I'd like one as would many but I'd look at it as being $27.5 to $29k more. Anyway already the 2020 allocation is nearly sold out some GM boss says, such is the C8 fever. (And rightfully so) I bet even those who get hold of a C8 in 2020, the second Chevy release details of a more powerful version, turbo or supercharged, the car they've just brought won't be good enough for many of them. Sure it's OK to want other cars but somewhere along the line you have to be contented with the one you've got for the time you have it. Some folks are like that guy with the ear muffs in, "There's something about Mary", he passes a shop window sees a costume, wants it, goes in trys it on comes out, then sees a different one, and then wants that one!. Some change their cars more often than their underpants. Must have money to throw away. I'd be happy enough with a new V8 Ford Mustang with looking forward to sometime later spicing it up and having the overkill Whipple Supercharger stage 2 knocking out 850hp for a cool sub $42k total cost on the road, if you're not happy with that you'll never be happy with anything. I'd say by far the best VFM high performance hp new car package you can get in the US.
Very good review. well done and I really appreciate the preparation and well thought out phrasing and sentences. I would, however, like to point out just one small suggestion. This is a pony car, not a muscle car. I won't go into the difference here but you can do your own research to understand the difference. Otherwise, great job. I have a 2017 GT in this same color and I prefer my body to this one. But that is subjective. I'm definitely not fond of the squished front end and these stock wheels. But you do now have a ton of wheel choices and some great color options. I still love the magnetic metallic which is somewhat understated but definitely pops in the sunlight. Thanks!
Has Ford addressed the issue of the Aluminum shifter forks on the 6-speed manual(MT-82) Chinese-made Getrag tranny that are bending? How about the irregular metallic clanking sound, piston slap, heard underneath the engine after it's cold-started? Both of these issues are plaguing a good number of owners of the 2018 Mustang GT and I have not seen an acknowledgment of a problem or any indication that a fix is in the making. I wanted to buy a 2019 Mustang GT, but I'm hesitant to lay out the $35K to $45K Ford is asking for that car with questionable QC issues.
The shifter issue has been resolved and most people dont experience any problems . Just youtubers and forum members that dog the car the day the get it . Im on my 3rd coyote car and its problem free . Get the car and enjoy it .
@@Spiritcr1jsher I'm glad for you and I'm also glad that Ford apparently stepped up to the plate in accepting responsibility to fix something that needed to be fixed. The Mustang is a great car, nearly got one myself, and I would hate to see it ruined my brain-dead bean counters at the corporate level.
In India the price is about 1,06,561 dollar and people are still happy to buy it not to mention the version that we get is way more slower and the material used at the front grills and side glass are totally different....So stop complaining
No we haven't ever seen one! Our dealer got a unique Tuscany FTX F-150 but we usually don't see those types of vehicles since they are special order like you said
How about a new 2019 Dodge Charger Scat Pack review or comparison with a Mustang GT. I scrolled through your videos and nothing for the Charger Scat Pack.
Hey Buddy, Very nice videos of your channel. Good and neat work. I am in the dilemma of considering if i should go with a 2019 GT convertible or Coupe. I am staying in UAE. My concerns are the 8months of heat + dust. If the rag top is cleanable, will it fade and all. It would be great if u could give me some suggestion with respect to it. Thanks in Advance Rohit
The soft top will catch a lot of the dust/sand so you will need to clean it very often. I’ve also found it lets a bit more heat into the cabin than a coupe, but that might be subjective. I am also biased to the looks and lines of the coupe
I'm thinking about getting a 2018. Is it a safe way to get or should I go get a newer one? This might be my first car so I'm here to decide of getting this or a dodge charger 19.
@@Gohunna well I made up my mind months ago because I was never a big fan of chargers. I was more of a mustang guy. I literally thought about it 2 months ago. Just in case I have a family. So I got a good mustang already. I chose thar because the mustang was always my dream car then again, I never have a girlfriend or not been in relationship so to me, the dodge charger is useless in long run.
Since Ford Australia is over and we export Ford Mustang’s witch is Beautiful but why not pay tribute to Ford Australia and bring us a new Mad Max V8 Interceptor Ford Falcon XB GT Coupe
Unless you plan on carrying passengers in the rear seat, I would go with the Mustang. Remember Dodge is a FIAT product. I wanted a Challenger T/A 392. However, I just couldn't pull the trigger. We have a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk and I hate that stupid auto "on/off button." There are a lot of electronics on these FIAT products. And that can mean problems.

That 5.0 badge gleam 0:46 - 0:50 was 🔥🔥🔥
Sorry about the missing test drive and powertrain! The car was purchased by a customer during the review :( But enjoy!!
Car Confections talk bout bad timing 😂
I'm buying one soon, but I'm changing it to automatic transmission I stead of manual, would the car still be a loud beast?

My dream car!!! But in the neon orange version with red seats!
Would have been a good idea to get into the adaptive cruise control rear view camara and other features as well. Good video though.

Man it s weird because I really want to trade my 15 for one but the headlights is literally what’s holding me back
Looks bad in pictures but it looks very good in person because you see it in 3D (its deepness etc)

Its looks too sporty, I like 13-14 more manly/tougher. Still a great car tho
Would anyone recommend getting this with an automatic transmission?
To each his own. It's whatever you want.
However, in my opinion I always believe the mustang should be a manual.
It's really just person taste though.
I would.....i had a 15 model.....they are very nice as well as fast
I’d say automatic it’s the new 10 speed
it's an EU favorite aswell!!!
