Perjury charges for Emma & Garth aren't just to punish. Holding them accountable forces them to understand their actions must be lawful and that the law of the land trumps their do-it-yourself religious law. Holding them accountable also protects the community in which they live. The charges will provide actionable tools for their taxpayer-funded jobs to counsel, discipline, or remove them. Their beliefs and feeling above the law can not be allowed to influence the children of the area. Perjury charges are a step to stop the madness and serve as a warning to others who try to take the law into their own hands.

There is a saying in German "If someone doesn't love dogs or cats, they don't love anyone" (it's hard to translate directly, but that's the meaning). I found this to be true throughout my life. My family has the sweetest Cocker Spaniel who would get vicious when my Mother's employer stopped by. She would go into full-on protective mode. I always felt strange around him and never once doubted her. Animals can sense danger and evil in people. If I was single and met someone who didn't like or accept my dog, they would very quickly understand that I would choose my dog over them any time. 100% red flag and deal breaker. Oh, and remember that Chris Watts didn't care for Dieter either! This had me question his entire performance as the "perfect" husband. Which is all it was; a performance.

Garth seems like a very sweet but simple…child. I think he is a sweet mama’s boy who is very naive on the ways of the world and the way evil can exist.
And it’s a startling moment when anyone realizes their parents are human, with faults after growing up seeing our parents as the all-knowing. Emma certainly can’t face that fact. She is still seeing her favorite parent as perfect and can’t fathom that Chad may have some (very serious!) faults.

Tylee saw through Chad's delusion. Because of his 'loinfire' Lori uprooted her from her friends and family by moving them to Rexburg and I doubt she made much effort to hide her disdain for him, same as with Melanie Gibb. Exactly. And, I don’t believe, for a minute, that Alex hated her, he may have really believed she was a zombie, but, I believe, he loved Tylee, people have said they had a good relationship. So, that leaves Chad and Lori. I do believe Lori had always hated her, too, but really hated her when Tylee didn’t approve of Chad. Tylee was competition for Lori. I do believe Alex helped, but I don’t believe he hated Tylee, he was being manipulated, and, in a way, I think Alex was a victim, of sorts, too.

It's so disgusting, EVEN IF afflicted post-mortem. It takes a lot to bring yourself to destroy a body!
Some people may be more sensitive than others. Some may be toughened or used to that in a way by their work (thinking butchers or surgeons etc.).
Might also be an indicator of a certain psychological condition. Which I can possibly see in Chad, and the jurors might come to that conclusion, too.
Do we know more about Alex? Can we picture him doing something like that (I mean please don't really picture it in your head!)?
Also Chad seemed to hate Tylee...

And those other things that Alex's phone had that were out in the middle of nowhere, do you suppose maybe she was killed and beaten up at that location and then transported to Chad's property? • @cl5470
      @cl5470 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

@lieke9460 it isn't about choosing between the two. It is about our society's bad habit of ignoring or excusing a man's bad behavior by finding the closest woman to blame it all on. We do it with serial killers (mother is blamed for creating them) domestic abusers (what did she do to cause it?) and in cases where both the man and woman are equally guilty (she manipulated him into it). Men get way more passes from society despite being the perpetrators in around 96% of ALL violent crime worldwide. No one is saying Lori is innocent. What we're saying is that Chad wasn't manipulated into this. He wanted to kill these children as much as Lori did and was a violent, cruel person all on his own. I'm so tired of the myth of the sweet, unassuming man who risks it all for a conniving woman. These men are conniving and cruel long before a woman comes along.

    A possible Garth scenario:
I think Chad manipulated Garth and told him that people would think Garth hurt his mother. For that reason they shouldn’t tell the truth. Chad pretended to be the good father shielding his son from unnecessary questions. So initially Garth bought into the lie because his dad told him it was for Garth’s protection.
Chad could have come on the scene shortly after Garth found his mom. I can see Chad taking advantage and twisting the situation by saying: Garth, I know you didn’t do anything, but look at your mom. She’s passed. She has foam coming out of her mouth. Let’s wait until the foam stops or slows down, so the police don’t think you did anything. Don’t worry Garth, I’m your father and I’ll help you….
Garth was stunned, and bought in because he thought his dad was protecting him.

    Chad ate it! (Of course)

I'll throw this out as a possibility, maybe to make myself feel better. I once witnessed a pet cremation. At some point late in the process, a tool was used to break up the bones. If Chad ever watched a cremation during his years working at the cemetery, perhaps he saw this happen too. Maybe the tool injuries to Tylee's pelvic area were an attempt to break up the larger bones of her sacroiliac (pelvis) during the attempt to burn her remains. Just a thought.

IMO Chad didn’t “like” Tammy. He felt stuck, unhappy, unfulfilled and blamed her for all his woes. “If she would have been more supportive” or “if she would have been sexier” whatever it is. He is a narcissist to the last cell in his body and true narcissists hate their wives and blame EVERYONE AND ANYONE for anything that isn’t perfect in their lives. Tammy was screwed from day one. God bless her and JJ and sweetheart Tylee. ♥️🙏🏽

As someone who was married to a Narcissist for 6 years before I escaped,I totally agree.
My ex blamed everything on me,disparaged me ,said my cooking was bland, accused me of being lazy and exhausted all the time. All the untruths.
This is all part of the horrible cycle of discard / devaluing that went on.He sure wanted me around to do all the grunt work though.
      Even coverts feel very superior.
My daughter took about 6 yrs to deprogram from his influence, and didn't fully do so until her turned on her a bit as she wasn't quite so compliant any more at puberty age and started resisting the control.I also got full custody then at age 12 and by age 16 she was starting to point out the hypocrisy.
One has to be completely out of the forest to see the trees.Otherwise it feels like maze.
These Daybell kids seem extremely enmeshed with huge cognitive dissonance.Religion mixed in with Narcissists is potent for purposes of mind control.

I did catch it but did the state ever bring that fact up? Because he said originally that Tami died sometime after midnight , I think what happened is what Garth’s friend said. He found Tami, Chad wasn’t there and they needed hours to get their story straight. Those kids are still drinking Chads kool-aid. I don’t see anything but a guilty verdict.

Mr Prior spent a lot of time establishing that Chad's cell phone data did NOT place him on his property. He belabored the point that Alex' cell data was clearly there. So if Tylee's murder happened elsewhere, WHERE WAS CHAD? If not on his property, what was he doing?
