Look at Michigan's schedule.. They have beaten (9) high school opponent's. Now they play Iowa in the Big Ten Championship... Another High school opponent.. A total of 10 high school opponent's!. How easy can this be!. I know they have beaten Penn State and Ohio state( How convenient, at the end of the season). but they have coasted all year long in the top 5. One of the committee members is a Michigan grad!. There is no question there is a clear bias here!.

Oregon LOST that game, Oregon won that game on paper, won that game in the trenches, more total yards, they just played more aggressively and couldn't convert on 4th downs when they went for it. Oregon converts at least one of them 4th downs and they would've won the game.. I rest my case

Bama fan here. It seems to me that not only does Bama have to beat UGA but Bama also would need either FSU or Texas to lose in order for the tide to get a spot in playoffs. Ofc the playoff committee is fickle and hard to know what they may do.

Bama lost AT HOME by double digits, to a team who lost a game as well. What don't you get? Also, Texas lost their game at home against Oklahoma, who lost 2 games. Washington beat Texas last year in a bowl game. Oregon lost by a field goal IN SEATTLE, to the current #3 undefeated Huskies. It's pretty easy to see when you don't have SEC tinted glasses.

not at all sure that oregon controls their own destiny. in the following case of Michigan wins (in), Texas conf champ, bama conf champ, fsu conf champ, and oregon conf champ, i believe you have to give it to fsu (undefeated p5 conf champ). you're left with bama, texas and oregon. are you leaving the sec champion out of it? if you say you're taking oregon and bama, then where's texas on here? they beat bama. if you're taking texas and bama, you're leaving out what many say is the best team right now (and who you said controls their destiny in oregon). if you let texas and oregon, you're leaving out the SEC which we all know will never happen. tv ratings wouldn't allow that to happen

Auburn was running the ball on Bama late in the game. I feel like Georgia is going to wear them down and run on them
No Not really. Alabama gave up the bulk of their rushing yards on 3 plays versus Auburn. a 52 yard run. A 46 yard run and a 22 yard run. Those plays happened so not taking them away but 3 plays gained 120 yards. The rest of the game Auburn ran the ball 39 times for just 122 yards. Only 3.1 yards per carry. Auburn actually overall on average ran the ball better versus UGA.
Oregon's best win was against who, Oregon State? Look at SOS, common opponent, and best win of the season. Not close.
FSU has the weakest strength of schedule in the entire top 8! If you wanna talk about anybody having a weak schedule talk about FSU and MIchigan

I’m sorry JD but I disagree with you. Oregon does not control their own destiny, or at the very least they shouldn’t. Yes they’re ranked above bama and Texas right now, but can you honestly tell me that being a 1 loss conference champ in the pac 12 means more than being a 1 loss conference champ in the SEC? I don’t think it does and the statistics would back up my claim. Washington and Oregon have not been near as battle tested as Alabama. So I think the conversation if bama wins should not be is bama in or Texas it’s is Oregon in over Georgia. Georgia would undeniably be the best 1 loss non conference champion team in the country. Michigan will be in, then you have Georgia vs bama’s result, fsu if they win, and then it should be about Oregon or Texas. Beating the #1 team in country that’s won 29 straight and won back to back nattys has to mean something in that committees eyes. I think it has to mean more than being a conference champ in any other conference except maybe the big 10. I’d still say SEC is better overall. Bill Hancock said this week it’s the 4 best teams and that “most deserving isn’t even in their lexicon” so can you honestly tell me that right now, going into the playoffs that Oregon is better than bama, Texasc Georgia, and Ohio State? Cuz Las Vegas would certainly disagree same concept applies with fsu. It is the most deserving teams despite what the committee is claiming but being a 1 loss SEC champion makes you the most deserving one loss team in the country.
What people don’t realize or think about it georgia beat South Carolina by 10 at home week 3 if they played texas early on like bama did they would have a loss as well. And that’s with Milroe throwing two picks and us having 2 tds negated and still only lost by 10.
What people don’t realize is that Texas forced Milroe to throw 2 Interceptions because their defense rattled him and Texas dropped 3 TD passes so the score could have been much uglier.
