There are new clubhouse renderings/video for Madeira Ranch, as of early June 2024. There is no indoor pool. If you visit Turkey Creek you understand why... Underutilized and a sauna in the summer. Tentatively, a golf simulator room is in the rendering. Mel Roos is about 350/mo, property tax about 1%, hoa about 360/mo. Its not for everyone, but its a great, unique concept for ACTIVE 55+ retired/pre-retired people.
These houses are so close together. The aesthetics don’t bother me at all, it’s just how dark everything will be when you put on shades/blinds to block out looking into your neighbors’ bathrooms/rooms. You’re eyeball to eyeball with them. The house will be much darker and closed off. I’d love to see you lowering the blinds in future reviews.
Agreed, the lot sizes are definitely a lot smaller on the two smaller collections. They get a little bigger on the estates but I think they banking on the fact that people will be utilizing the clubhouse over their back yard. Thanks for watching
