Similar house in Sacramento, goes for 2 million. One thing to remember living in Auburn, there is always a threat of forest and brush fires. 2022-2023 there was a huge fire that lasted more a 10 days in Auburn.
Not one comment on structural integrity. Show us the mechanical room , I guarantee there is Home Depot in that house. Not a big fan of new construction 😂
Fellas hire good architects and designers, very basic with that amount of money and price tag, not a high end at all, no uniqueness. Luckily or unfortunately there many riches who don’t understand that.
