Also, as a young christian woman I would want to be treated and honoured as a sister in Christ. I'm tired to be the only one establishing boundaries

waiting is tough and so is dating haha. I think that is why there is so much discouragement in today's society. We all know dating apps is rushing the process and us trying to play "God." Just wait for God to show you the way. He will open opportunities. Focus on yourself and keep improving because guys... it WILL happen

Like things to do as a Godly couple.
Don’t be alone together at your house, or their house, or in a secluded place. I made this mistake, but I’m still a virgin. Never again will I put myself in a position of comprising my integrity.
You have the freedom to do anything fun with your partner as long as it is Wise and Good in God's eyes. Sometimes you can "overspiritualize" your relationship and put on a facade that all you do is pray and study the Bible together, this sets unrealistic expectations of what you both are actually like and they can't see your true personality. Now I'm not saying that those things are bad at all, but you also don't want to seem so "holy" and "perfect" to your partner when you're both not. Just be real and authentic. You are not Jesus, and neither is your partner.
1. Get to know each other (What are both of you like? Can you relate to each other? Do you share the same interests? Personality, lifestyle, deep topics, etc.). 2. Trust each other. 3. Rely on each other (wisdom, accountability, encouragement, etc.). 4. Commit to marriage. 5. Then touch. (intercourse and romantics [after you become married, not just engaged of course]).

Christian dating/courting without the end goal of marriage is a complete waste of time! We're not supposed to date/court the way the world does!

Then do that! God does not require us to be married, and in fact Paul (In his own opinion) discourages it.
"Are you bound to a wife? Do not seek to be free. Are you free from a wife? Do not seek a wife. " - 1 Corinthians 7:27

You know, honestly, I give up on waiting for marriage because I wasted years of my life. It tormented my life. I wasted time, and time I can never get back, and it makes things worse for me
So i'm done waiting for marriage and being a virgin. Honestly, if I did this earlier, I could have been married now or have a few kids

I understand your pain man. I’ve been there… and I am there. I was 31 on my first date and I’m not yet married.
I understand the agony of waiting. Waiting is absolute torment… no matter which platitudes people offer. Only those with similar stories to ours understand the pain we go through. 31 years with no relationship, is absolute torment.
Too many Christian leaders say to “wait upon the Lord” thinking they’re helping, when in reality they’re actually destroying the actual free agency the Lord has given us to make choices that honor and glorify Him.
I encourage you to honor God in your actions and in your free agency. Live your life with zeal and strength man… get out there and make good decisions that honor God! But don’t wait to live your life! Truly live it! And above all, love God through your actions.
I hope God grants you peace and blesses you with a Godly relationship. One that makes you stronger in your walk with God, and provides fulfillment to you and your future wife.
