      Flower suggestion: MOON FLOWER
It grows like a morning glory vine. Flowers are white, and it smells absolutely exotic !!!
Can buy the seeds easily and plant soon. You can train them where to grow.

Been thinking about & praying for Katie. I had postpartum depression & wasn’t really aware that I did. My mom came & stayed with me & was a huge help but when she left to go back home because she was going back to work I cried. I was surrounded by family but it wasn’t anything I was aware of or even knew I had. Please check on her as her situation is much different than Corie’s will be. A lot has happened - losing Miss Cindy, Granny’s cancer, being a single mom. It’s a lot and she may be suppressing some of it. Like I said I was surrounded by family & didn’t even know I had it.

One largely forgotten term for a patch of cold during the springtime is Linsey-Woolsey Britches Winter. “Linsey-Woolsey britches” is an old nickname for long johns, usually spun from a combination of linen and wool. This end-of-spring cold snap marked the day when the Linsey-Woolsey britches could be packed away for the season.

Tipper, you are a blessed woman to have a man like Matt, and he is equally blessed to have you! Matt is not only skilled, but also motivated, which many men lack. And Tipper, you are so talented and have so much common sense about life. Thank you both for sharing with us!

Living in upstate S.C. I was told that a cove has water around the area, and the hollow is between 2 hills. I say over there and down yonder and up here or up there. I'm so happy to see that you have both of your girls so close to you 💗. Keep me in your prayers, and I will keep you in mind. ❤❤❤

Having been "stung" by Stinging Nettle more than once when visiting my late husband's family in Cornwall, UK, you may rethink growing it even if it is medicinal. If it escapes into the wild, you may be cussing it under your breath for decades.

Hi Matt and Tipper. I found your "Celebrating Appalachia " channel and find it so fascinating. I live in New Zealand on the opposite side of the world from you guys so we are in the autumn ( fall) season heading into winter. Thank you for sharing your family with us and enjoy the good life with those grandies. They will bring you so much joy and keep you young. Cheers💕

Saying hollow instead of holler don't sound right to the ears just like saying caint instead of can't comes natural and so many others. Slide up is probably cause if you slide big your feet go up in the air lol. It's so interesting to see the progress on Austin and Cory's house and such a warm feeling with the family history to it. Thank you for all the wonderful content you share with us.

Your counter tops came up well, very surprising for plywood. The finish looks great. I always have to check on a map when you talk about your area and did not realise you were so close to the ocean.
I'm with Matt that I can't wait to see the paddock planted and thriving. All the best wishes to you all

I love sharing your lives so I hope you can continue on. Seeing you help the kids move in reminds me of my parents helping us move into our first house and all the remodels. Yes, when the time came, I was there for them. I had to fly in by then but I was there.

As far as I remember, I punched a time clock at two jobs during the late 1970's. I worked at a taco place for two weeks, then was a ride operator at an amusement park a year or two later.
