Even as a Christian its not right to throw a Bible at someone. It's disrespecting them for what you know they believe. They are allowed to believe what they want like we believe what we want. He has a right to be against religion and to sing and talk about it. He's not burning down churches and insulting anyone by discussing his belief. He is being more mature than the other band Prada about this. Just let people believe what they believe. Jesus never treated non-believers this way, so we really have no right to that either!

I flew to Denver to see Behemoth and it was singularly the most beautiful experience I've ever had. I think in that couple of hours, I truly understood how people feel when they go to church and have true faith in their deity.

Most recently over the last few decades they've been saying the line "it's right around the corner" it's a carrot on the string type promise to keep their followers hopeful and ignorant. They strongly discourage doing research of other religions or beliefs. And everyone who is not a Jehovah's witness is considered "worldly". That has been the most annoying word I've heard my entire life.

For me personally, Satanism is all about being your own man, not living for someone else or being bound by chains, just living your life as you see fit, without causing problems for other people. Christianity on the other hand is all about being a servant, turning the other cheek and accepting that everything bad that happens, you deserved it. Personally I think it's really sadistic and I'll take the life lessons of Satanism any day.

I remember this happening at the Sounds of the Underground tour at the Waverly Hills Sanitorium. It was so hot and the first time I had ever seen Behemoth. Been a fan ever since. When he threw the pages out and and said “who the F invited all these Xian bands here,” people were all wide mouthed and in awe. Lol.
I saw Behemoth at The Chance in Poughkeepsie, NY, around 2006. Very good show. I reached up an touched on of the spikes. They are extremely sharp, almost filed to a razor sharp tip!

It was the only concert held in the yard of Waverly Hills Sanitarium back in 2007. I remember witnessing this incident. Lol. The next day apparently there was alot of neighborhood complaints about the noise also. Hahaha. They said because of that they cant allow anymore shows to be held at Waverly, which I think is BS. But atleast I got to be a part of some history 🤘🏼🤘🏼

They're two sides of the same coin. The only difference is labels. The irony is both sides dont follow their own religious tenants.
Nergal honestly had no reason to do what he did in Kentucky, other than just lashing out at Christianity. The guys of TDWP are known to be very respectful of the beliefs of others, and Nergal even admits in the video that his band member gave him the bible, and it in fact wasn't a member of TDWP who was trying to preach to them. Also there's Nergal's hypocritical issue about "preaching on stage". If you take a look at the lyrics of TDWP, you'll find that they mention God in about every other song, as opposed to Behemoth, who pretty much mentions the glorification or worship of Satan in all of their songs. Who is the real preacher here? Furthermore, the members of TDWP never said anything about Nergal's beliefs, or satanism, other than the fact that they respect the beliefs of the bands that they tour with, as stated in another loudwire article here: loudwire.com/the-devil-wears-prada-andy-trick-says-playing-mayhem-is-surreal-video-interview/ so basically, the incident at Kentucky was Nergal's immature attempt to exert some of his pent up anger on the local christian band. As a devout Christian, I would love to meet Nergal. I cannot purchase their music, based on my faith, but I have seen enough Behemoth videos to opine that he is one of the most gifted and talented metal musicians I have ever heard. He seems truly down-to-earth, as well. He seems as though he can have an intelligent, civilized conversation with anyone, based on things he said in this interview.
