Its pretty straightforward symbolism, but pretty heavily veiled if you aren't familiar with mythology.
In Christian mythology, Gabriel blows the horn to signal the apocalypse, and video and the lyrics are showing the corruption of Eden/Eve by the 'snake' or the opposer/satan, maybe even Gabriel, its kind of vague and hard to tell.
Everyone devouring the blood and flesh of Christ, kind of playing on the concept of such a pagan and cannabalistic concept, as well as its putrefaction at at the hands of Satan, is touched on in the lyrics.
The wolf is the one, the 'evil', the free spirit unshackled by faith or religion, the strength the will to power, a concept of Neitzsche.
The guy in black is sacrificing the 'sheep', the flock, the weak, religious, devout, all the flocks and masses that walk to the tune of jesus, and he is then 'enlightened' at their appearance.
Hosanna is "save us" or basically a word of prayer, they'll slaughter all the holy children of god left on the world, the line of David (of David and Goliath fame) is a line of hebrew kings, which they will snuff out.
Ever since Pagan Vastlands and Zos Kia Kultus, Behemoth has been getting better at digging deep for their esoteric demonic imagery going back to mesopotamia and early mysticism, the devil of multiple faiths.
Its basically just really well researched demonic mythology, they actually have probably done more research and learned more about the Abrahamic religions that they don't even believe in than 90% of actual unlearned, ignorant religious people.

After many years of deliberation, after ignoring all the Behemoth videos TH-cam has thrown at me, I decide to check them out today with this particular song for no reason whatsoever and find that they're right up my alley. I don't know if all their stuff sounds like this song, but this song is what I imagine a band named Behemoth would sound like. I gotta go check out their entire discography now. Damn! If only I'd clicked on that first video the algorithim threw at me those many years ago, I'd be up to speed on these guys and wouldn't have all this homework to do. To be honest, the reason I always ignored Behemoth is because I never thought they would appeal to my particular, albeit, picky taste in Metal. But this Gabriel Blow Your Trumpet song, it gets me to thinking, "Hey! Lets check these mofos out!". Well, off to the "official channel", I suppose...

Each album, as with any great metal band, is a different story being told. I like Demigod as our friend told you, but my favorites are The Apostasy and Evangelion. If have any doubts, just listen to everything Behemoth has to offer.
Behemoth is one of the leaders in their profession, you can see in the clips a lot of work and music that they have perfectly thought out. Introduction, development, final and ending, there are no weak moments here.
The way Behemoth mocks the Angel Gabriel is so chilling. I am so tired of the sacrilegious and blasphemous imagery of metal music, because it’s not shocking anymore, but Behemoth makes it scary again. The Catholic boy in me makes me feel like I shouldn’t be listening to this, and that feels great.

One of the things I love about Behemoth is that Nergal has such good enunciation to go with his harsh vocals. Perfect balance between that and still being understandable.
Nergal has perfect vocals. A less English-speaking person will easily understand the text. You can see that the guys from Behemoth put a lot of work into what they do.
