I really enjoy visiting your layout and getting these interesting updates. Every day ‘a school day’ and your clear presentations are so well delivered. The best bit by far is that your trains make meaningful journeys at realistic speeds. I’m seeking to replicate this within the operation of my own new layout. Please keep up the very good work.
Really enjoyed the tour of your layout. I am returning to model railwaying after a 40+ year tea brake. I am constructing a very small layout to get going and your tray sidings idea is a really good idea. It will solve a problem I was having.
Hi CJ Thats some tea break!! Starting small is always a good idea, especially if you can incorporate your small layout inot a larger set-up later on. Good luck with the build.
I did look down to see if I was the bearded man with a red shirt, but it wasn't me as I have a blue shirt on. I really learn a lot from your videos/tutorials. Many thanks. As an arborist, I think your beeches are rather more like very big birches, nevertheless they are beautifully modelled trees. Edit: I just played it back and hadn't noticed the text the first time. Well bravo, you modelled a tree so well that an arborist can tell what species it is. Greetings from France
2:22 Pardon my ignorance, how would one buy a ticket from that station? Is there a building off of the stage, is there a weekly pass you can buy, or is there something else.
Fantastic layout! Clever use ot the back to back layout spurs to get more running. A lot of American layouts seem to use that approach. I have only just discovered your layout as TH-cam had it in my suggestions this morning. Do you have you an Instagram or twitter account to follow the layout on? Or are you on the SMS app? Great media platforms for still photos and short video updates, and the communities are really nice and supportive too.
Welcome! Thanks for your comments. I don't really do social media as I tend to spend as much time as I can modelling and social media can be a great distraction. I did start an Instagram page but it soon fell into disuse. My aim has been to upload on here every couple of weeks.
@@yarslowmodelrailway1 I have found such packs, unfortunately here in the US they're mostly HO scale, so I'm going to have a lot of short folks riding my trains! 😗
Just popped up on my feed. What an amazing layout. So much detail. Really like the station Halt 👏 👏

Where do you get your passengers?
Hi Neil I regret that I buy in bulk from China although in a packet of 100, about 20 will be weird-sized aliens!!!

Very impressive, not me with a red shirt, or beard, but a bit of stubble though..
