This song is definitely about Noah. He got arrested and I haven't seen him with the band since. I've been there from the beginning and in my stupid interpretation he is calling out to him but not in an obvious way until you get to the neon lights usually associated with bars and Sam being called at night and he couldn't recognize Noah's voice because he was arrested and drunk. I feel this so much and know the results of addiction. In the end that's why I believe he is crying because they grew up best friends and to see him in the pain he is in when he never knew is powerful but assuring him he will always be there for his friend. Again my stupid interpretation but had to post it. Love and peace to all

Definitely agree with you Ray. It could be about someone else but it makes a lot of sense to be about Noah and his departure from the band. Regardless, it’s a great song and Sam’s emotion is so powerful

He was arrested in Ithaca back in December 2015 on charges of driving while intoxicated, possession of marijuana, and parking on a crosswalk. His BA was .16% at the time of his arrest. Really really sad.

What ever happened with him? I used to be really into XA in 2014/15 when he originally took a personal hiatus. I thought he’d be back in a few weeks/months. I moved on to other music and have recently got back into them and noticed he’s still not with them, and he hasn’t been on Instagram since ‘15

Ok, this one hit me so hard. I used to had a very good friend since high school, and one day he didn't talk to me anymore. Don't know why, but it ended up like this. It was so hard, but I did understood that I had to move on, so that's what I did. But sometimes I miss him so much, and I wonder what's going on with his life. I really hope he's fine and happy. I hope he knows he can talk to me whenever he wants if he needs something. I'll be there for him even although he didn't was here for me.

Were born wild yet as soon as we get older the chains of the experiences of our families past can tend to grab hold as we learn how to wear masks and begin to cloth ourselves in cloth that shouldn't have been offered to us in the first place and now we all have to dig ourselves and the ones we love out of all the chaos to show them that they can be better if we can learn to listen to the innocent hearts and help them stay as free and spiritually pure as possible to keep the light shining bright. Easier said than done when there is so much going on with everyone we cant always make the choices for them but we can guide them to make the choice that matches the rhythm of their heart their spirit were all born pure then we get lost in the world we see we forget to focus on the truth the pure energy that creates us.

I miss these guys. All I knew about was unsteady when I went to see them for FREE. And by far the best live performance I have ever seen from a band. He is an amazing singer live as well as the band, the tracks do not do them justice. If you ever get the chance to see them live, GO!
