I needed to see this today because my sister, myself and 2 cousins inherited almost 50 acres in Alabama. I mentioned building senior homes, multi family housing, grocery stores and gas stations.

This is incredibly inspiring and is something a lot of people both young and "older" should hear. Its never too late to build wealth and do something like this. If she did all of this in just 18 years starting with nothing, just imagine how big she'll be in the next 18 years with a quarter of a million in capital to play with every month.

I’m from Louisiana and we don’t have it hard here. There are resources available but many of us don’t utilize it and then we spend money on courses from gurus that don’t have sustainable success or legal knowledge . Get with the right people, utilize the resources and put in the work.
