Speaking of community, there’s still a divide between Africans and African Americans. Her strong sense of community brings unity. It’s definitely more powerful than we think or even see. This is just amazing. I’m glad to experience her through this screen.

I agree with you. I don’t think she was addressing leadership. I think she was just saying that based on the overall nature of a woman (to nurture and to grow) more opportunities and resources should be available for women to nurture and grow the community in a healthy way.
