I sold a couple properties in 2020 and I'm waiting for a house crash to happen so I buy cheap. In the meanwhile, I've been looking at stocks as an alt., any idea if it's a good time to buy? I hear people say it's a madhouse and a dead cat bounce right now but on the other hand, I still see and read articles of people pulling over $225k by the weeks in trades, how come?
it depends on your exit and entry strategy, most folks are used to a bull market and can't handle a crash, but if you know how to navigate and where to look, you'll make a killing.
@@michaelnoah3503 True, the US-Stock Mrkt had been on it’s longest bull-run in history, so the mass hysteria and panic is relatable, considering we’re not accustomed to such troubled mrkts, but as you mentioned there are avenues lurking around if you know where to look, I’ve netted over $850k in the past 10months and it wasn't some rocket-science strat. I applied , I just knew I needed a firm and reliable technique to navigate better in these times, so I hired a portfoilo advisor.

financial advisor is 'Jackson Sten Marsh'. I found him on a CNBC interview where he was featured Afterwards I reached out to him. he has since then provided me with entry and exit points in securities I focus on.

POWERFUL! So many 💎’s. But one I caught that people may let slip pass is when he said you can’t motivate kids who didn’t grow up economically challenged with money. They need purpose. As more and more of us achieve success our kids are not growing up economically challenged so the key is to give them a purpose and motivate them with that. So many rich kids and suburban kids grow up with no drive. We want them to be go getters but it’s not in them. He gave the answer. You have to give them purpose.

One of the dangers of short term investing in an inflationary real estate market is the risk of getting caught in a real estate bubble.
This market is crazy! I've been in real estate almost 20 years and I have never seen anything like it. Your average Joe can not afford a home in this market and it's sad. I pray daily this market balance out for the better...

Awesome gentleman. The advice he gave me in person about 10 yrs ago what stay on the path i was on. I went back to school and got my masters in real estate development and a masters in construction. Im now VP of Development and Construction for an acquisitions firm in Miami. He may build the tallest in NYC but I will build the best ever in Miami and Im black too. I love this guy

I met him in DC at the Congressional Black Caucus. He was the Chair of the CBC Foundation. I’m on the board of the MD Black Caucus Foundation. I read his book and taught the principles and use them.

So many great gems💎 I’ve been in commercial real estate brokerage for 18 years now and have only met a handful of successful black developers. Developers provide opportunities for so many other roles in the business (brokers, lenders, architects, engineers, GC’s, etc.) and we need more black developers.

I can listen to Don Peebles facts all day. This man is a national treasure. Basically he is saying to vote out these people who is holding our capital hostage and ask us to lift ourselves up with nothing, very unfair.
I read his book and tried to go to his office in Miami a few months later in 2020 with a check for 5k for an hour meeting to consult on a deal I had under contract and the office had moved to NYC. Great episode and great book by Mr. Peebles.

As a Korean American real estate professional who comes from a family of poverty and no real estate ownership in my family, I am so grateful to have stumbled upon this interview after listening to Brandon Rule speak so highly of Don Peebles. So much knowledge that’s applicable in this interview. If I can share, my goal is to establish my personal real estate portfolio through Multifamily investing to then provide the blueprint to others who also come from nothing but have the burning desire to build a life full of purpose. I believe the most of us have the innate calling to help and provide for others but aren’t able to because of our own lack in resources, especially the financial. The rat race keeps us worrying about a lot of issues that can be alleviated by leveraging capital.
There’s no voice in the Asian community that speaks with such economical and social prowess to the magnitude Don Peebles speaks with. I love how his business ventures are rooted in fundamental economics but with a social component to provide opportunity to the disadvantaged. Many people in the Asian community are business savvy but only care about their and their family’s personal gain. I aim to change that but until then Don Peebles, you are my North Star sir.
If there’s any way I can be a part of this movement, I’m down. And if there’s any others out there who are also looking to be the one who changes course of poverty for their friends, family’s, and community’s, I’d love to connect with you as well.

Personally I'd really love to own real estate properties as well as REITs, I've been informed of people making as much as $30,000 from these investments and If anyone could be lenient enough to share, I'd really love clue and tips on how to maximize profit
My strategy is to start with Reits and then move to Real time real estate investing
