"Here's where the story ends" and they never preformed again wow. Their a band that needs to make a comeback!!! And she is just amazing. Beautiful is all i can say to their music and her soft angelic voice so soothing.
What a voice. Sounded as good in ‘97 as ever. No auto tune, no appearing half naked on stage or in a video, looked more like an English teacher than anything but one of the best voices ever to grace a stage.
It`s amazing how they sound the same when playing live. She has the sweetest voice I have ever heard. Current mainstream female singers only have their bodies to show: what a shame.
I wish there was. Maybe fans should all start a go fund me and see if we can get together 100k pounds to get them to play a theater in the UK. I'd be there. One night guys, come on! Don't worry Harriet, we know you aren't 30 anymore we'll take whatever you have to give.
@@IR1S1SY0URF4V I don't think so, they have their own private life, you can watch about them on youtube under the title "whatever happens to the sundays"
Talked to Dave Harriet late 90's Toronto Family issues mostly Very private Reside in Surrey Stock Broker belt. Have built own home studio. There was an article regarding a planned reunion but nothing happened. I guess Time will Tell. Next to The smiths-The Sundays Rare breed Indeed. Obtained Full signatures 2 Sundays T' CD covers. Please Come Back!
Fitting their last show was in a church. Since their music is some of the most heavenly ever made.
They should've done "God Made Me," even if the lyrics aren't exactly a glowing endorsement of organized religion xD
"Here's where the story ends" and they never preformed again wow. There a band that needs to make a comeback!!! And she is just amazing.
We will never hear from them again….fitting song….😞
She sounds great !!!

Bitter sweet when it's the last song in the set.
Please come back Harriet Wheeler and the Sundays.
I would give a lot to see them in concert again.

Going back to songs like these make me feel better about living in 2022

One of the Great Tunes Of My "Well Spent Childhood"
And just like that she disappeared from our lives. 😢
played this so many times on my way to grad school in Maine. Absolutely love them
Love that you said Maine. Despite being from the UK, I associate this album with the north east of the US for some reason.
@@TwentyTwenty90 It does for me as well…..my drives up to Maine from NY always reminds me of their music. It was cathartic.
An angel in disguise.....
Very similar to The Smiths, Harriet's amazing!!!🎸🎸🎤🎵🎶
the smiths are great, but the sundays is amazin just the way they are
One of my favourite bands.

i really like HARRIET angelic voice...
If there is some billionaire that's a fan, they should offer them a boatload of cash to make a new album and tour.

Uplifting song and band .. What happened with them ?
They left the industry to raise their kids
Why have they gone silent for 30 years?

Can hardly hear the angel
I wonder if Harriet's daughter can sing??
Why does she remind me of a female Layne Staley
Their guitar players remind me of Bread, America, Eagles, Peter Frampton or Tom Petty.
