If you go back and listen to Take me back to Eden, he repeats the line "when we were made, it was no accident" near the end which is a cool callback to this song. Enjoying the reactions my dude!
He also says "we were tangled up like branches in a flood" it's really quiet and kinda in the background
Loads of references all over the album. Yhr melody played during that bit in Eden is the same one played in The Offering from their first album.

Great stuff. You can almost think of most Sleep Token songs as a super long crescendo. They are masters of the build, which would feel formulaic if not for how different every song is. I say it until I'm blue in the face, but builds through contrast just makes songs better. If you strip things back early, you make instrumentation that comes in later more impactful. Soft sections make the heavy parts that much heavier. Some metal elitists can't wrap their minds around that. Also, show me someone who can't dig their capacity for groove and I'll show you proof of the living dead. They have some of the tastiest groove in music and I'll stand by that.
The birds in the song Take Me Back To Eden are a direct reference to the birds in Chokehold. The beginning of the album begins with Chokehold, and the singer expresses how strong his lover has him. Over the course of the album the relationship diminishes. At the end of the album he's asking for what they had back in Take Me Back To Eden... Hence the name... A request to return to paradise. The end of the album is incredible. I think you should listen to "The Summoning"

The Way Vessel holds each word, giving it more feeling and how he draws out the last letter of each word is just beautiful
Especially on this song but it's one of his signatures is how he stresses certain letters or even syllables
I don't understand peoples issue with songs longer than 3 minutes. Unless you have the attention span of a gnat what does it matter? Good music is good music ffs.
Yassss! Sleep Token are the best band I have ever come across and the recent album is definitely my AOTY! You should go down the rabbit hole now. They’re genre bending and use elements of everything from rock, metal, RnB, trap, hip hop, gospel, and more. Even if you don’t like one song don’t write them off as every song is different and as you can see from this one they switch up completely through the songs, also don’t be thrown off by some of them being 7-8 minutes long either as it goes by far too quickly. You should start at the beginning and work your way through as they tell a story and have call backs to a lot of them. The band are anonymous, I and others know who they are but won’t reveal out of respect to the band and fans but the singer goes by the moniker Vessel, drummer, who is a beast is II, bassist III and guitarist IV. From London UK. As far as their discography goes they brought out two EPs called One and Two, then 2 singles called Jaws and The Way That You Were, then the three albums Sundowning, The Place Will Become Your Tomb, then TMBTE (Take Me Back To Eden). They’ve done five covers that I’m aware of. One being Hey Ya by OutKast, I Wanna Dance With Somebody by Whitney Houston, Is It Really You? By Loathe and When The Party’s Over by Billie Eilish, Hallelujah by Leonard Cohen. His Vocal range I believe is B ♭2 to F#5 and he has a wonderful chest voice, head voice and scream. I have never hyper fixated on a band like I have with these! Loved the react and Will subscribe and hopefully see many more. 🖤

I'm also fairly new to this group but they have me trapped! (In a chokehold if you will lol)
As someone else commented at the end of TMBTE you can hear the start of this song "it was no accident we were tangled up like branches in a flood" in the background kinda faded
They apparently have a lot of these call backs to their other songs even from different albums which imo is kinda cool
