Hey guys what’s going on? I’m back with another Sabaton edit and this time I made one about Versailles! To be fair, I never expected to be able to put one out, but I somehow did it! Some choices of some scenes may be weird to all of you or maybe don’t feel like they’re fitting but I think they do, and I really enjoyed putting this together. 😁 Please note that there isn’t really a chronological order of the movies, I just wanted to make the lyrics and choruses fit. Battle of Yavin was 19 years after the fall of the republic and 4 years before the battle of endor. So it's more like 23 years... Yes I would befun at parties, if I would be invited

If you want an idea for the Sarajevo edit maybe the assassination attempt on Padme Amidala would be a good choice. The Clone Wars was the last traditional war in the lore and the whole idea of "the shot that changed the world" could easily be the Nubian yacht explosion and the subsequent escalation as a result of that.
Now that is an interesting take! I like it! It’s always such a challenge to find accurate moments during the song and the shows. It’s a good one because I feel like if I’m doing Empire era again, it will look too much like my Versailles edit! So again thanks for the ideas!! 🤘🏼🤘🏼😎
Also both the clone wars and WW1 were preceded by an unusually long period of relative peace (the 99 years between napoleon and ww1 and the thousand years from ruusan to geonosis)

Sarajevo could fit with lots of things: the 1st battle of geonosis for the clone war, order 66 for the assassination+kind of the rebellion war, luke shooting the first death star with it being 1 shot and being the moment the rebellion war escalated, or the destruction of hosnian prime
Indeed there are so many options! Thank you for those suggestions, not sure if I should do it for the Sarajevo edit like I already did here with the Death Star or maybe switch it up a bit! 🤷🏻♂️
This is a fantastic done video so glad to see Versailles getting some videos made for it as it has less things that lend it to videos than others of sabaton but still one of my favorite. I love the edits you done though I some how see the parallels of WW1 fits more with the clone wars with the long peace and then the entire galaxy getting pulled into through treaties. Followed by the relative short peace of around two decades just for it too start again in a new conflict.

Always being bold 😂 But for real now, I wanted to be as accurate as possible with the lyrics and since the song foreshadows the next war, I put the sequels there, although I’m glad they don’t take to much screen time otherwise it would have ruined the video for some, which is totally understandable 🤝🤝🤝
