there is! While this home is lived in, they build this model fully customizable and can build on your lot or one they have. If you are interested I can certainly help! 704-559-9169
It's a small neighborhood in Fort Mill that has been built out, but there is another one doing these homes (same builder) in Wisteria Acres. Let me know and I can send you some information
House is nice but there are a few hang ups to build such an expensive house. Neighborhood is absolutely awful. Going to be extremely difficult to command 4+ mill on resale for a very sub par, poorly designed and located neighborhood. Then again for some reason people want to live in Fort Mill. We regret buying and building in Fort Mill and specifically this neighborhood. The review board really did a poor job with the design and aesthetics of the neighborhood and what type of architectural elements should the neighborhood be and having some sort of continuity. Not to mention, very few homes kept any trees that naturally abound the lots. Making the aesthetic and privacy between the lots very poor. Allowing people to build a “custom home” didn’t particularly translate well here. Yes there are some very pretty homes and yes there are some decent people. But there are also quite a few that should never have been built and approved. There are trailer parks behind this house and several others. As well as several upon entering the neighborhood. That’s not exactly what you want to see from your 2+ mil home. Sure this neighborhood may be to the liking for many. Overall, the price to pay to live where this home is located is really difficult to justify.
Thank you for commenting. The good thing is this home is a model fur future homes all of which are closing in various areas of Fort mill in the $4 million price point. Based on what I have pulled, this home is unlike any other in the neighborhood and very well could go for $4M. I'd love to see it when it does sell :)
